1. Siri: “Beautiful woman who leads you to victory”

    The Norwegian cocreator of the iPhone 4S, Dag Kittalaus, wanted to name his daughter Siri, but he had a son, instead. So he decided to give the name to the speech recognition technology. The only problem? Steve Jobs didn’t really like it.
